What it does¶
Utilities for the Per Vices Noctar, an IQ demodulator board, providing the host-side control its FPGA design expects.
Why you would want it¶
Only with the hardware, which was produced in small numbers well over a decade ago. Carried so that an operator who has one finds an entry rather than silence -- the Blend lists it as hardware-specific for the same reason.
